Our teaching method is based on
proverb "First you learn how to fight (attack), then you learn
karate." So, first you strengthen your body and learn how to
punch, kick, lock, throw, etc..., then you learn how to defend through
traditional kata. |
Every kata is separate fighting
style and because of that every kata goes with its own kihon (basic
techniques) and bunkai kumite (fighting applications). |
We teach one kata per weapon.
